Upcoming is our interactive visualisation software designed to seamlessly integrate schedules, event data, wayfinding and other types of information into any kind of mediaserver environments or media players with HTML capabilities.
The software renders webviews from any kind of data set in real time and therefore offers an unique approach to minimise communication efforts between our client's backoffices and our show operators in high paced event environments.
With Upcoming we are able to render a whole venue's digital signage from automatically synced data and adaptive to any screen size. Due to our customised approach, we can process any type of information that is edited directly in the back-office and are thus eliminating any kind of copy-paste-errors during transfer of information in classic content production. Interactive and responsive layouts allow a single operator to update any screen via timeline calls in total sync with what's happening on stage or anywhere around the venue.
One of our main goals during development was to maximise resilience to last minute changes in text or program. A speaker stuck in traffic and a substitute jumping in or last minute title changes can be done in a second with edits going directly onto any desired screens without any need to render slides or even transfer files.
